Wireless camera for nest box?

The only thing I want for X-mas is a wireless camera for my ducks nest box. I know nothing about them or what kind to get My DD asked me to show her what I wanted because dad doesn't know what to get either. My barn is about 150 ft. from the house. I would really appreciate any info. anyone might have about them.

I would say to go wired. Wireless is a bit more money an doesnt really work all that well. You have to run power ether way an 150 feet of cat 5 is around $10 on Ebay.
