We are at 7,200 feet and get heavy monsoons and about a foot of snow here and there in winter.

Looks good, but roofing is running in the wrong direction, should be up and down

I thought the same thing. But then I wondered if the person who built it didn't have anything to put at the top, so just did it that way because the plastic would bend.
