LOL ... Phew, ok, I made it this time. But the lady said bantams were due in next week. I hope they sell out quick, I cannot resist bantams.

Well, I failed. I picked up just 2 more - what I thought were barred rocks - but they are not. Most likely black stars/sex-links. I will call the feed store tomorrow if I can to let them know. The chicks are Very sweet though, so I am not sure if I will bring them back or not. I kind of don't want any more black chickens. But we'll see I guess. However, the pressure will really be on if I happen upon any bantams... oh boy.
