Well, wish me luck. I have started my first flock. With much research I have chosen 3 black sex link and 3 red production all pullets. I have room for at least 4 more but, I would like to wait and maybe get some ornamental. I hope I'm as well prepared as I think I am!

Best of luck with your new venture! Raising and keeping chickens is an amazing hobby. Have you checked out the Learning Center articles yet? Lots of good info there for beginners and more experienced poultry keepers. Enjoy!
 
Thanks for the info. I just checked out some of the articles. I'm sure I'll find a lot of good information.
