Witch's brew???

One tail of newt, two young mice, one large black beetle and a red snake!!!! Sounds like the list of a witch's brew---doesn't it??

Nope, just a few of the goodies my girls found (ate) while free ranging, this evening!!! As soon as I open the gate, they all head to the woods edge, where the leaves have been laying for years, near the wood pile and the burn pile!!! When they 'hit the jackpot', it looks like a sense from Jurassic Park, a stampede and it's always head directly toward ME!!!!!!

Tomorrow I have decided I MUST take my camera.....
