Witnessed Hawk Attack!!

Oh my! I'm glad you've still got all your birds! I was talking with my neighbor last year when a hawk swooped down and snatched a bird right next to us. They are so fast!

I wonder if hawk eggs are good. It might just be easier to raise them (and foxes) than chickens! Are fox eggs good?

i saw the same thing with a little falcon. he was about half the size of my girls so i didnt worry to much but he was swooping at them and he got my rooster ticked off. after my roo jumped at him he flew away.
