Seeing these, I can hardly wait till I get mine finished........... I have been collecting parts for about a year. I now have everything I need but finding the time to get it all together has been tough. I am just going to have take a weekend I guess and do it.

I used a barrel. I don't see any reason to use the sheeting. You can pick up a barrel for about $5, and he gives you an easy formula to make your framing dimensions the exact size of your barrel.

Sam 208 from the research that I have done I have found that the plastic is 1/8" thick.
and here is one place you can get the fingers at:
150 Rubber Plucker Fingers (Item #C-25, Kent Company, Miami, Florida: 62¢ each x 150 + shipping & handling = $105.00)

Hope this helps. I am getting ready to build one myself looks like alot of fun really the building part at least LOL

The drill mounted pluckers that I build work much better then the one in this video. I have never tried one made out of bungee cords so I don't know if that is the problem or something in his process but he is making it look way to hard.

I have a BYC page that shows mine a little better. I was going to build a whizzbang & built this to test pluckers but it worked so well that I decided to just use it. I have also sold a bunch of them & have gotten great positive feedback.

Actually just bought some fingers from Kent 2 days ago, $.70 a finger and they come in 150 bunches. She has plenty made and ships daily, a very nice lady. She has been doing this for years, payment is via check when you receive the invoice in the mail no payment over the phone accepted. My total was $105.00 and she thought about $14.00 for shipping to NY.
