I finally finished our Wizbang chicken plucker. I bought the parts from Herrick Kimball, eBay and TSC. I got a pretty good deal on a new 1 1/2 hp motor for $90. I also used the handle and wheels from our old lawn mower which makes it easy to move around. It was pretty easy to build using Herrick Kimball's Instruction book; most of the time was spent on searching for and buying the parts.
It probably cost me about $500 to build.
