Wobbly air cells on shipped eggs after 24h - any suggestions?

Apologies for making another thread, but I've a quick question before setting our new duck eggs. As suggested by many sources, the eggs have been left for 24 hours to settle. However, many of the air cells still wobble about when the egg is gently rotated, though they don't seem to leave the fat end of the egg as I've heard some detached ones do. Should I incubate these upright, or will they be okay incubated normally/under a broody hen? or is this somehow normal for duck eggs, as I've only ever hatched chickens?

Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

I found that all waterfowl shipped eggs have horrible air cells. They must have more water content in them. They probably will not attach now.
I think duck eggs always need to hatch on their sides.
They should be fine under the broody hen.
