wobbly & air lump under his wings turkey

Hi! I have a 2 month old turkey and she is sick for almost a week now. She walks wobbly - as if she will fall then she has an air lump under her wings. We tried to burst the air but the following day it came back. The feather is not good. We have been given them Vetracin powder in their water. Please help. Thanks a lot!

! if you have other birds, i would suggest that you separate your turkey from your other birds first, so that if whatever the problem is is contagious, your other birds don't catch it. if you have other birds. sorry i can't help you more, i don't own any turkeys. i hope she gets better!
