Wobbly chick issues

I recently posted in another forum about one of my chicks being wobbly, she has gotten better but now I’m having another chick start getting wobbly to the point of it scaring me. This chick barely gets up and can barely walk straight, when she tries to run she has to have her wings out but most likely still tumbles. Whenever I go near her usually the chicks run away but she seems to have a lot of trouble doing so, to the point of where I can catch her without really needing to be fast about it. I’ve seen her drinking and eating so I’m not entirely scared yet but it’s still causing concern. This chick is the oldest one and is 3 weeks old, all of the babies are chickens and are being raised by my turkey since I didn’t see it being a big deal. Since the chick has trouble walking I see her constantly sitting down in corners or away from the chicks since it seems walking takes a lot out of her. Should I maybe separate her from everyone while she heals? I don’t think it’s anything too serious since she still hangs around the rest of them most of the time and isn’t getting bullied or pushed around but I’m just still worried about her.

I don’t think this wobbly spout is caused by dehydration even though it’s extremely hot right now because I see the chick drinking and the other 3 chicks are fine right now. When I looked at her legs I also didn’t see anything of note. I have seen mites in the area so might this be a mite problem? We also have rats in the area.

Might this be an illness of some sort? I mean I highly doubt it since the other chick that was wobbly got over it but maybe this chick has something different?

I was told with the other chick to get tablet B-complex, does this seem like a situation that requires that or maybe something different? I attached a photo of the tablet B-complex I’ll end up buying if it suits the situation.

Oh she also has her tail down and walks slower, she looks almost like she’s hunching when she walks probably since she has to be careful not to fall over but she still moves, eats, drinks and poops.
