Hi my darling Dolly is eating, drinking and laid an egg today, but has been puffed up and wobbly on her legs for 2days now. Her pooh is runny ,and she has no discharge from her eyes or beak,

Can you check her crop to see if it feels empty, full, firm, doughy, or puffy. Then check it before she has any food or water in the early morning, to make sure it is empty. If you can post any pictures of her poop, it can help. I would clean off her feathers with soap and water to prevent flies and maggots.

Puffed up & wobble...
What she ate?
Wobbling or Stumbling u mean like act drunk ?

My one of Roo's did that few months ago and I got notice that he literally eating the fungus grow on walls after rain .
He never stumbling before eating fungus . the day I notice
I keep eye on him to not eat that
I give him some vitamins contains all essential with vita E regularly loads of detox with fennel tea n garlic and stumbling gone ..
It comes back if he ate some toxins type things do check it in ur chicken

Hugs

I suspect cocci as a possibility.

How has your weather been? Can you post a pic? What is her age?

Hope she feels better! :fl

How old is she? Does she lay eggs or when was the last time? What are you feeding? That looks like treats and not a formulated ration. Treats will NOT help her condition.

If that's what she's been eating... it looks like seeds... high fat content can cause liver issues and liver issues can cause diarrhea.

No judgement here, we all do our best until we learn something new! But please tell us what you feed on a regular basis. Just looking for clues to help. Since genetics aren't the same even among sibling... it may not effect everyone the same.

Are you able to take a fecal float to the vet to check worm load and cocci? It cost $25 at mine and they don't have to be avian for that test.

Agree with eggcessive about checking her crop at night and in the morning before food and water to rule out crop issues. :fl
