wobbly legs and diarrhea- any help appreciated

Roughly 1.5-2 year old Americauna hen
Diarrhea for about 4 weeks- does not seem to be able to control this- poops when picked up. seeps.
Noted legs wobbly last week- and getting worse
Still eating and drinking
Still laying eggs.
Isolated
vit in water
tried mollasses flush- thought maybe a poisoning
plan to do wormer tomorrow
giving eggs/grain mix with selenium and cranberry
no local avian vet
HX of brumble foot and sour crop
no other chickens appear to be affect- had roo die with similar symptoms first of the year.

I just treated with Ivermectin paste for a wormer to see if helpful at all.

She is still wobbly with diarrhea. Eating and drinking still. I am going to try her on a 4 day course of Pen G to see if that helps any.
