Twilight crawled round on the forest floor, alone, and a bit lonely. She sniffed a small hole in the ground and cooed gently into it. A tiny, terrified mouse poked it's head out, and she smiled warmly. The mouse relaxed, and climbed up onto her muzzle, up to the top of her head, where it sat, content.

As Fang was observing his surroundings, he caught the sight of another wolf.
 
Twilight trotted to a nearby stream, unaware of anyone watching her. She knelt her head, and slowly lapped up some of the water, making sure the mouse didn't fall in. The tiny creature that had been sitting on top of her head climbed down onto her nose, and drink a little bit, too.

He watched in humor as he seen a wolf with a mouse.

The mouse looked around, and squeaked in horror as it saw Fang. It hid itself behind Twilight's ear. Twilight lifted her head, and looked around. Then she noticed Fang. She backed away slowly, her fur glowing a soft purple.

He got up from the branch and walked closer, "Who are you?" he demanded.
