"Okay." she said, and ate the rest. "Thanks." she said, and nuzzled him.
"Oh, it's my pleasure. Trust me." Soul Fang found that he liked having someone to look-out for. He stood, wagging his tail expectantly. "I can find something else. I will hunt things down until you've gorged, too."

"No, I'm fine." she said. She was used to not having much to eat.
 
Fiend kept hidden and slunk under underbrush, through leaves, and moved quickly, and found a small abandoned den, she guessed she had gone at least 3 miles away from Stoneclan territory, she slunk down into the den, it was large, and had a moss mat on the floor, she slunk into the corner and laid down on the moss, and soon fell asleep, tired from walking.
 
"No, I'm fine." she said. She was used to not having much to eat.
"Okay." Soul Fang sat back down. He cocked his head, thinking. What was he supposed to do now? He'd never had a territory of his own, let alone a mate. With sudden vigor, he leaped onto the log, his look-out perch, and howled.

When no one answered his call, Soul Fang concluded that this area was safe. The fallen log offered both shelter and a place to keep watch. If Mar liked it, they would make their den here.

"Is it alright here?" he asked, dropping from the log.
