Silvermist leaped down from her rock and barked for the pack to follow her. To celebrate to coming of two full members, she decided they would have a pack hunt and feast. She bolted out of camp leading to an area where she spotted a heard of elk.

Silvermist came to a slow trot and then halted at the top of a low, tree covered hill. A crisp breeze blew through, carrying the scent of elk. She looked down and saw the herd grazing. She scanned the herd for any old or weak ones. At the back, she noticed a young, large bull was limping most likely an injury competing for females. She flicked her ears forward so the clan would see there target. Hawk and Dale nodded as they held back their excitement.

Silvermist slowly started to head down the hill. She set her paws down lightly as if the ground was covered with thorns. She made it to the base and nodded for Hawk and Dale to go ahead to flank the target when the herd ran. They nodded and headed away. Silvermist looked back at the others and was ready torun out.

Silvermist nodded then suddenly dashed forward. The herd began to run and Silvermist tried to weave into the herd to separate the young injured bull. The herd began to leave behind the injured bull. Hawk and Dale came running out towards the bull.
