Wolf RP: Firepack, Fangpack, Stormpack, Icepack, Bloodpack.

(Does anyone have a bigger territory than anyone else? I was thinking they were all equal, but if someone does it seems fair that they would have more prey than anyone else.)

Kyma, Spectrum, and Streamfrost waited for Skull to get up. Stormpack wasn't made up of the kind of cowards that would attack a downed wolf.

Snowphoenix dodged, but not without getting a long scratch along her side. Snowphoenix, Lightning, Blizzard, Ara, and Lava (with dragon on his back) surrounded Snowtuft, leaving no opening in their tight circle except the one that lead to Icepack camp. the message was clear: leave now or no quarter. (mercy.)

Stormdancer watched transfixed as Thunder and Iceheart glared at each other. Thunder made the first move, leaping at Iceheart with his teeth bared. (what i intend to do is have Thunder about to receive a death blow and Stormdancer intercepts it. do it however you like.)

they are all pretty close to the same, but Stormpack is a smidgen bigger (only because part of Icepack is taken up by the lake) and Fangpack is much bigger, but Fangpack also has much rougher terrain. rocky.
 
(Oh, K. Is there any specific prey each pack is suited for, like elk for forest, big horned sheep for mountains, etc?)
 
hmm, yeah that would make sense. each pack has it's own scent, too, but i'm not making up everyone's scent.
Fangpack mostly survives on birds, like Eagles, and mountain goats. sometimes deer, but not very often.
Icepack mostly eats fish, reptiles, and waterfowl.
Bloodpack mostly eats other wolves, badgers, and the occational fox.
Firepack eats mostly hares, deer, quail, and sometimes raccoon.
Stormpack eats mostly deer, turkey and pheasent, squirrels, and sometimes fish from the lake.

and Stormpack's scent is a mix of the smell before a storm, the smell of air on a cold night, and a slight tang of a warm, savory scent from their diet.

Bloodpack stinks to the high heavens. they smell like carrion and blood. Cannabalism does that to you. (trust me, my bantam cochin ate a chick once, (she is not allowed to brood anymore) and she smelled so bad, being within 3 yards of her almost made me queasy.)
 
(Wow, Bloodpack's worse than my RP's antagonists! (that's pretty hard to beat, too!))

Ash's fur tingled as if there was electricity in the air. The pack's smell reminded him almost of rain and lightning...a thunderstorm. He decided to explore. What other wolves might live in this nplace he'd stumbled into?

Amber headed out to hunt. she caught the smell of an intruder, and was about to sound the alarm, but then realized that it didn't carry the scent of Icepack. Instead, she crept up to see who it was. She followed her nose until she reached him of course she couldn't see him, but her acute sense of smell told her that the intruder was standing before her. making sure her hackles were down, she called out a friendly greeting. "hello there, what brings you to Stormpack?" she called, sounding welcoming enough but with a tiny edge underneath that let the newcomer know that if she was threatened, she wouldn't be afraid.
