Overhearing, Raven snapped,"We are not waiting! I'm not letting my pup stay one night with those fiends!"

Nightcloud looked at her calmly. "I would advise waiting. They want the pup for a reason, and I believe they will not harm her. They will expect us to attack right away, so if we wait they might think that we don't care about the pup. Then we could make a surprise attack."

( Look, I think this is unfair. Shouldn't the loners have a pack to team with then?)

(All the packs combined is about equal to the size of the loner pack, and the loners have already made the packs their enemies)

(The packs are always having members slip off to join the loners, so maybe it's fair then.)

(I sensed a very strong amount of sarcasm in that first sentence, and I don't think it was necessary)

Raven looked with disbelief at them and shook her head. "I can't wait. I don't like her with the loners," Raven sighed.

(All the packs combined is about equal to the size of the loner pack, and the loners have already made the packs their enemies)

(Maybe for now the loners can just lead small attacks on each pack individually before/or if the the packs join up... I mean, the loners really haven't done much to Dawn and Moon pack yet )
