Arrow nuzzled her ruff again. "Come with me, I know a good rabbit hunting spot? There might still be some there" He smiled

Charger came over the crest of the hill. "Pups? That's great!" She said. She wasn't trying to listen in, she was just passing by. "Oh, Arrow, I have something to tell you."

He pricked his ears when he heard and saw Charger, "Yes, don't tell the rest of the pack yet if you can" He smiled, glad she shared his excitement. "Ok, would you like to go in the den, or is it ok here?" He asked in reply to her second question

"I won't tell." Charger promised. "I'll give you the news here." she said. " I just got back from a border patrol, and there is something going on in the other packs. I don't know what it is, but I just thought I should tell you."
