Faith finally started padding behind him

Nightcloud turned for a moment, as if taking in the sight of her, then said, "If you ever need anything, just howl for me." before walking over a hill and out of sight.

"I will" Willow said softly, though by then he was out of ear shot. She stood there for a moment, going over the previous few minutes again in her mind. It wasn't too long before she was picking up the rest of the hare though, and trotting back to Moon Pack

Nightcloud walked back to the den site and lay down, deep in thought. Had he been too forward with Willow? What would his pack think, their Beta being with a Moon pack wolf? What would Shadow think!? All these thoughts swirled around in his mind.

Star looked up. " Oh, hello, Lila. How are you?" She looked at her calmly.

Lila replied,"I'm fine." She added with a hint of curiosity,"What were you two talking about?"

Charger ran until she reached Dawn pack territory. She ran so fast that no one could have caught her if they tried. She saw the rest of her pack. "Hey, guys." She said sheepishly, her many wounds dripping blood. "Looking for someone?"
