Niko smiled when he saw Chanca. His paws treaded through the snow. It was cold and bitter. Snow was one of Niko's hates.

 

[Nippers]

do you smell anything? chanca asked niko. then she noticed and said: dont worry spring will be in the air soon.

"No," Niko started. "...but I better call Slate to go on a hunt." He said as he howled for Slate.
Slate heard this and barked in reply. He raced to Niko.

 

[Nippers]

any problems at the camp? chanca asked slate.

Slate shook his head. He didn't like talking a lot. Niko looked at him and asked "Are you ready for a hunt?" Slate nodded and ran off to get his hunters.

 

[Nippers]

blaze quickly picked up another scent, this time a squirrel. she saw it and pounced and killed it. then she saw a little whitish silver pup lying on a boulder. she picked it up and rushed to camp as fast as she could go because the little thing might die if left alone.

Aspen looked over Shadow packs territory from the large rock he was on, it was completely covered in snow, it was stunning.
