Won’t go upstairs

it’s been almost 4 days since I moved the food and water upstairs in the coop and only 1 hen will go up.
Please help

Need a lot more information than you have provided and pictures would help tremendously.

I’ll get pictures in the morning. I have 5 hens a 1 rooster they are about 6 months old. I have had them for about 4 1/2 months.
2 doms, silky rooster, two I don’t know and one Rhode Island Red.
I feed them layer fed from rural king.
Don’t know what other information to provide
