Hopefully she will take some fluids.
She needs hydrated first then you can offer her a small amount of wet soupy feed. If she doesn't eat, it's ok as long as she's drinking.

Now, to determine Why she didn't go into the coop. Once she's warmed up a bit, then examine her. Does she have any lice/mites or bugs crawling on her, what does her crop feel like, does she lay eggs-when was the last one she laid, do you feel any bloat or swelling of the abdomen below the vent between her legs.
