Wondering about the meat of the Jersey Giants

Just wondering what the meat is like from the Jersey Giants...

Most likely tastes like CHICKEN....
Just could not resist to say that.. At a live poultry store in town , they sell them. They are like ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, size of turkeys. They also take long to mature. I would guess the taste may be fine but the tenderness of the meat most likely not any where that of CX.

No experience myself but I've read they don't have much meat on them considering their size.

Good meat birds are said to be cornish, crevecoeur, brahmas, dorking.. But like I said, I don't have personal experience, so take this with a grain of salt!

Personally I say just go with the Cornish X. It's the meat everyone is used to, with the breast size we all want. They don't take long to grow out, and once you figure out how to work them, or you heed the advice of others who already have, you won't have the horror stories you read about them. That's my 2 cents.
