Wondering if this is a rooster

This is our blue Andalusian it is 5 months old and the comb looks really big which worries me it’s a rooster and we can’t have roosters in our neighborhood. If someone could tell me if this is a rooster or a hen I’d appreciate it.

That's a pullet. If it were a cockerel the comb would be a lot bigger.

Yes I agree with above posts - it's a she! She will be ready to lay soon (she might even be showing signs already?)! Yay!
You can tell female, because her back feathers (saddle) are rounded, and her tail is straight out (instead of sickled, aka curved downward).
