wondering what it is?

Hi there. I am new at all of this. I have 16 chicks what are 6 1/2 weeks now. I'm pretty sure they are all hens except for two. I have been able to get a decent picture of one of the ones in question? He/She is a Columbian cross not the largest of the pack but the only two have pink combs so far. Any guesses.

3-4 times over the past week i have heard a noise like someone was being strangled, thought is was young to be trying to crow yet but have been told not necessarily. This is the one that looks most roosterish to me however he is one of the smallest in the lot so i wasn't sure. thanks
