My chicken wouldn't go for the meal worms I put out and move a very slowly an so always goes back to a perch on The outside coop area please help and also is bleeding from rear end and also it is holding its mouth open and making a breathing noise

No it isn't late and I put her in a nesting box that USB in enclosed coop for night

The chicken is doing fine now no more bleeding and I still eating and running around like normal
