**Wood Chips**

Hi was wondering if I could put pine wood chips in my chicken house where they roost. :/They keep pooping on the wooden floor and its a pain to clean up. So I got some pine wood chips to spread out in the house.

Is it safe for the chickens? I know not to use cedar. But what about pine chips??

Regular pine is fine.

Yes you can...but I were you ...use SAND SAND SAND SAND SAND...lol
Once you use sand, in the coop and Run, you will Never go back.
It is SUPER EASY to clean and the birds will love it, once they get use to it.
Al you have to do is get a kitty litter scoop and scoop out the clumps

that's what I use and it works great. I can buy a big compressed block at TSC for $4.99.
