Does anyone know if it is illegal to raise and sell wood ducks in Louisiana and if you have to have a permit or anything like that?

In Louisiana, you need a State permit, and when you purchase, you need the 3-186 form, and you need a Federal Sales and Disposal Permit to sell. You need to get the State permit before the Federal.
