Help - Hard lump on left center breast

My chicken is lethargic and has a large boney protrusion on left center, not the right so don’t know if it is a crop problem. He is just standing there and seems to be breathing hard because her tail feathers and vent are moving rhythmically. What is it and what do I do? She did just poop but no change in behavior.

If this is a hen, when was her last egg?

Can she eat/drink ?
