Umm, I would say more people in the USA and Canada have them, than in the UK but thats a guess. You could make your own website, and advertise your coops on other websites

In the UK, people really seem to love their chickens from what I saw when I lived there a while ago. People, rich and poor in England liked their poultry. They also had turkeys peacocks, etc.

(They also loved their dogs.

If you go on EBAY in the UK, you will see all the auctions they have for "hatching eggs" there. Compared to the USA in geographical size, the UK has many more auctions for hatching eggs than the USA, I believe.
