Do you have them yet? I just found out what these were. I have seen pictures and finally researched which breed they are!
GORGEOUS. I wanna see them when they get to your place

wow-- congrats!!! I really want a pair of curly geese- but my DH says they cost a divorce- and they aren't worth that much to me

Hi Pris: Why? Are geese so much harder to raise then chickens? I have not had geese, so I am curious

Hi,
I have a flock of Sebs. They are easy and gentle to raise. I am sure you will love them. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. I have been raising them for a long time, now.

Yes, they are expensive. Unfortunately, the hard part is finding them! Especially if you are looking for adults. The babies can be sexed--the females are darker when they are hatched, then they both turn white as they mature. I will have eggs and goslings in the Spring, but am not selling any adults right now.

when i get some geese..this is the breed i HAVE to have!..i just love them!...question:..can i keep them with my goats?...

What do you mean, keep them with your goats? In the same pen? Mine walk around in the paddock with the horses with no problem, but they are not housed with the horses. They just meander into the paddock occasionally. I dont know how goats and geese would get along. Sorry!

pips&peeps :

You're going to need more ganders, sebbies are usually one to one.

Sebastopols will cover more than one female.
I've never had any monogomous ganders.
