That's great news!

What I do is I write on the eggs, just in case.

On the top of the egg is a number 1- whatever. On one side is what the egg is and on the opposite side is the date I set it. So if by accident I delete the due date, I have the date set on the egg so I can quickly figure it out again.

It only takes a few moments to label all the eggs I put in and its a safeguard for me.

Isn't there a lot of "wild" Muscovy down there? I read an article last year about how they have to go around and destroy the nests because there's so many of them...maybe you could just go find some eggs?
