I have tried internet dating. Most of the people I met were really nice. But be careful, a few were not so nice (some were married men, but I figured it out pretty quick). I met my husband on the internet, but not on a dating site. I also met my best friend besides my husband on the internet.

i was always scared to, but i gave it a shot. some of the messages i get are like wow are you kidding me??? lol but i wrote to this one and honestly didn't expect a response cuz he's sooooooo cute

if we end up dating, we'll be one of those couples where people say how he can do better than her lol. i know great self esteem huh

i met my bff on the internet. duckyfromoz. we met in another forum and migrated here. and it's weird cuz i had a sick duckling and i was googling duck illnesses and i saw a picture of a duck, so i joined the forum where it came from. i posted something and she pmed me, the duckling i saw, ended up being hers!!! it was crazy. i can't wait till i can afford to go to australia to meet her!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratz on the date now advice like it has been said be yourself guy's don't care about anything of what you look like (Unless he's shallow then you don't need him anyways) all a guy cares about is if you are comfortable around him and relaxed cause if not it won't go beyond the first date and DON'T BE PUSHY. If he want's to open the door let him if he want's to pull your chair out let him and the most important thing if he says something nice don't argue about it or judge yourself if he says something like wow you look good tonight don't say no I don't I need to lose weight or something like that WE HATE THAT!!!! just say thank you and go on.
