Work.....Im exhausted & sore & have no time for anything

Walking a mile in someone else's moccasins makes a big difference in how empathetic we are.

Yes, she does have a paycheck...and I'm sure she is very grateful for that. But that does not keep the stresses of everyday from piling up on us. Think of how much slack God cuts us everyday....let's cut others some too.

im not saying that im not thankful for having a job. i know that i am very blessed. that really is the only thing that keeps me going, realizing how lucky i am just to have one. i did get a few days off this week though. i got a concusion and may have herniated a disc, so my doctor suggested that i take Monday-Wednesday off. i went back to work today and it was much smoother and more relaxing. unfortunately i didnt get anything done while i was off because i spent most of the time in bed, but honestly i needed it. now that i am feeling a little better, when i do get some free time, it will be easier to get done and it will be much more pleasant lol.

It's all about priorities.....anyone can get overwhelmed and we've all been there. At some point in your life, you will pause....look around...and ask yourself, "Do I really need to be running in all directions if this does not bring me joy? Or peace? Or happiness?" When you reach that point, make a list of what is REALLY important to you and eliminate everything else. Just let it go. Too many animals? Get rid of them. House too messy? Clean one area each day...or not, if a clean house is not a priority. Hate your job? Get another...it can happen. Got no prospects? Go back to school part time for a better career.

You are young and life is too short to be frazzled and miserable! Take a break, sit in the sun, sip a cool drink and dream of how you would really like your life to be...then start prioritizing. It really does work!
