Working a 72 hour shift

I will be working a 72 hour shift this week. I have two 3 month old Roos in the coop, two 3 month old hens in one brooder (they’ll be going in the coop soon), and 9 one and a half month old hens in another brooder. How much food and water should I leave for them?

If you know roughly how much they eat/drink each day, leave enough to last an extra 24 hours.

Water is more essential, if there's any risk at all of the waterer being knocked over, I'd provide extra water in a bowl or chick waterer or whatever you've got.
