Working on my first coop!

Just starting to get it framed up, 30" off the ground, 6' tall total, 3.5' box, the peaked roof will add another foot and a half to it, this is just day one.

how many chickens are ya gonna have in it

I currently have 12 chicks but I plan to thin it down to about 8 total as soon as I can figure out which of the straight runs are roo's. Nesting boxes will be off the back so not including the nest boxes the dimensions for the finished coop will be 7'x3'x5' (LxWxH) and free ranged during the day.

Thank you. We have a 2 acre yard in the middle of 300+ acres of our farm land, so it's a lot of wide open spaces. It's pretty come summer time when it's all green.
