Has anyone contacted Robert Litt of the Urban Farm Store in Portland? He is a huge advocate for urban farming, especially chickens. He might be a good resource.

Good idea. Also Heather at NW Concentrates, Inc. in Milwaukie. That's where we bought our feed and she led the class we went to at the Small Farmer's Auction in Madras in April. The seminar was called, "Backyard Chickens 101." She has helped other cities pass an ordinance and would be willing to help us as well. She's a great resource!
