Working with Cattle Panels?

Paid 2 guys to spade down about 4 inches just so wire could be buried right under the sod...grass. unfortunately the section done today....all the dirt wasnt put back and mounded. so when it settles it will be a dip..... I didnt notice till they were leaving.

oh " Fred fine fowl chicken tractor" Hubby put 4 HF big wheels on it. two straight and front wheels swivel but what a waste of money... sure could not push it up and down these hills
Hubby wants to put a trailer type tongue on the front
