Working With Metal Siding -- Retrofitting Pop Doors and Windows

I have an existing pole barn with metal siding. 1/3 of it has a gravel floor which I intend to top with finer gravel and sand and frame out a coop area.

The problem is I've never really dealt with retrofitting opening into metal siding...specifically I would like to add a pop door and possibly a couple windows for interior like (that side has no light inside unless it's electric or an open overhead door).

I guess this is the down side of metal siding -- most of our barns in the past have been wood which has its pitfalls when it comes to maintenance but makes changes very easy!
