"Wait... you mean we have to go home with one of them?" He flicked his tail towards the "people". "I'll stay here thanks."
"Well, that's what everyone else was saying. They said that we should get adopted, then escape... And just a suggestion, if you choose to be adopted, don't go for the fanged people. Who knows what they want with you." She said.
Avery shuddered. "Yea, definitely not the fanged people."
"Ya." She nodded. "But the other ones look like the better choice. Probably will be easier to escape from..."
"Most likely. They at least wont keep us hidden in coffins or creepy basements." He chuckled to himself.
"Or use us as dinner." She shuddered. Imagine being the main course or desert. Yuck."
