"We have to get out of here...." He said to Ari with a frown. "I wonder where the others are. If we don't escape soon, hopefully they'll find us and help us out.""I know right? I feel really weird. I hate being a cat. I don't have hands anymore, so I can't smooth out my own hair!" She said as she walked out I to the living room too. She crawled underneath the couch and curled up into a ball, yawning.
She nodded. "Ya. I want to be myself again. I hate being a cat." She said. A worried frown flirted across her cat face. "Do you think we'll ever be human again?""We have to get out of here...." "I-I don't know..." He sighed. "Why were you in the woods the day you touched the orb?" Avery asked her quietly.She nodded. "Ya. I want to be myself again. I hate being a cat." She said. A worried frown flirted across her cat face. "Do you think we'll ever be human again?"
Her eyes shot up to his. She blink a few times before answering, her voice hoarse. "I-I was.... Exploring." She said."I-I don't know..." He sighed. "Why were you in the woods the day you touched the orb?" Avery asked her quietly.
"You don't have to lie to me." He moved closer to her and frowned. "If it makes you feel any better, I was running away that day. The day I found that orb." He glanced over at her and looked away.Her eyes shot up to his. She blink a few times before answering, her voice hoarse. "I-I was.... Exploring." She said.
"Im.... I'm not technically lying." She said, dropping her eyes and stared at the ground, suddenly finding the speck of dust very interesting."You don't have to lie to me." He moved closer to her and frowned. "If it makes you feel any better, I was running away that day. The day I found that orb." He glanced over at her and looked away.
