i bought her thinking she was BA but I've never raised an Austrolorp that looked like this before.

in different lighting she looks almost like a BR

so what do you guys think she is

Some black varieties do have a few white feathers as chicks and juveniles. They should disappear after the first molt.

From what I can see in the picture there is a lot of Pink showing on the feet it is possible that it is a Australorp.

How old is he/she/it (I don't want to commit to gender)? My BA had a lot, A LOT, of white on her head, and chest. Of course, she's hatchery stock, and we all know they're inferior

She's about 4 weeks old also i got her and 9 more chicks from a man who claims he bought them from Mcmurray and said they are all hens
