Yep, that's inbreeding. It is the fastest way to expose undesirable recessive traits.

Not a big deal, actually. Some breeders mate sires to their grandchicks to strengthen the lines.

Parents to sons, daughters, or grandsons or granddaughters, etc. is line breeding and is a highly accepted method of breeding. Brothers to sisters is inbreeding and while it is the fastest way to develop a specific desired trait, it is also the fastest way to bring out unwanted traits as well.
