I think theres a bit of a respiratory infection floating around our flock as they've been coughing a bit. They seem to be eating well though. Although I've noticed our Columbian black looking a tad underweight. Would you recommend valbazen over flubenvet?
Ok, cheersI would go with Valbazen.
That's some kind of insect egg. Worm eggs are microscopic. An insect is laying its eggs after they poop. I personally wouldn't deworm them until you do a fecal float and see if they actually have worms. Respiratory problems would need antibiotics if it's bacterial or time if it's viral.
As far as I understood, the tapeworm you see in poop are segments of the worm and look like rice. The egg in her pic is an insect egg.
