Worm in egg -which treatment do I use?

I was Surprised to find a large worm in my 20 week old’s egg, see pictures.
It seems there are many different worm treatments. Wondering what treatment to use.
I have 6 chickens. Do I treat them all?

Doesn't look like a worm to me, it looks like part of the bird's oviduct.

it starts off kinda looking like a tapeworm, but then becomes fleshy ...

Did you pick at/dissect it? If a tapeworm, I do believe treating with something that has praziquantel in it will work. If it’s a piece of her repro tract ... keep an eye on her?? That looks bigger than the typical bit of tissue ...

What exactly do you feed your birds?
Do you know which one laid this?

Thank you, yes I'm definitely keeping an eye on her. She's eating/ drinking normally and laying an egg every day. Sorry about the nasty picture

Yes my Red Star laid this. She's been laying for about 4 weeks. I have some Purina crumbles, for chickens up to 20 weeks in one area and in the community feeder( I have 1 chicken who is not laying yet..but I have found eggs around my yard which may belong to her). Then I ferment scratch and peck Organic layer feed (that's served in a tray for all to share) I also toss out about a cup of raw scratch and peck ...for 6 chickens and then they peck around my yard. They do get occasional treats too.
