Found this in my hens poop she’s been acting normal also before this we have been giving them safeguard goat dewormer .25ml per pound for 3 days. What type of worm could it be if it is one it was dead though didn’t move when I touched it with the feather. Also a light swipe with the feather and cut through it. Also it stayed in its shape when I move it out of the poop.

Oh reason for deworming is we doing every 2-3 months since I’ve seen they sometimes they don’t show symptoms and by then it could be late

How old is your hen? How is she acting? Any signs of lethargy, not eating or drinking well? That doesn't look like a parasite to me, but the amount of mucous and blood in the dropping is concerning. Personally if I saw that I would treat for coccidiosis with Corid (amprolium). You can finish the last 2 days of the safeguard, but I would start the Corid.
Dose of Corid is 2 tsp of the liquid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5 - 7 days, make fresh daily and it needs to be the only water available during treatment. Most find the liquid more convenient, but either will work fine. Corid is very safe.

Would it be safe to use both at the same time?

Yes, you can use both at the same time, there is no interaction between the two. Because of the blood and mucous, I would start the Corid as soon as possible.

The corid will do no harm, either way. How old is she? I would treat with the Corid if I saw that, if it doesn't clear it up then look for another cause, but coccidiosis is the most common reason for blood and mucous in droppings., it's very common. Older hens usually have some resistance to coccidia, unless they are weakened by something else or exposed to a new strain (there are about 8 or 9 strains), but it can kill quickly, so treatment is safe enough to not take chances.

yeah had a hen die of it it sucks didn’t show symptoms till the last by then it was late. Gave them 10ml corid per gallon I can still deworm them later today though to finish the cycle though?

Deworming that often without seeing signs or testing is not worth it. There is a big risk of creating drug-resistant parasites.
