What kind of worm? How to treat?

It's a Roundworm.

To treat most worms that poultry can have except for Tapeworm you can use Safeguard (Fenbendazole) or Valbazen (Albendazole). Both are given orally by weight; they do not mix well with water.

Safeguard dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.
---OR---
Valbazen dose is 0.08ml per pound of weight given orally once, then repeated in 10 days

Here's how to give oral medications:

No before I used it the poop was moving and then after I used it stopped moving
That's not data. The ONLY way to know if something is effective is to collect and analyze actual data.
The only way to know if a bird has worms is to either cut open it's GI tract and examine the contents or to do a fecal float. The former is obviously not feasible.
It is never good to suggest unproven 'treatment' methods for preventing or eliminating internal or external parasites. Ultimately, it is the flock that will suffer from such suggestions if they are taken as fact by the receiver.
