Worm infestation

[Crooks Chickens]

I need info about worm infestation one chicken was sick with a respiratory infection, treated with Tylan, improved but has now passed a long worm with what looks like flesh attached, is now passing small amounts of blood and additional worms. What can I treat with to remove worms and is it likely that the rest of the flock also are infected. No other birds appear to have the respiratory symptoms.
