We have a flock of 26 and I’m looking forward to spring! As I’m preparing for spring treatment, what is a tried and true all in one treatment for lice, mites, and internal worms? I see no infestation right now but would like to do as a preventative in the spring. Looking for something with no longer than a 14 day egg withdrawal (no withdrawal would be nice, although I don’t think that’s possible) and something cost efficient. Pour on or in the beak preferably as my run has a few water puddles that my flock like to drink out of so I have no way of limiting them to just their waterer. Directions for application of your recommendation is appreciated.

I'd guess the closest all in one would be ivermectin pour-on but I know there are worms that it will not work on.
I wouldn't use any treatment as a "preventative". I wouldn't subject the chickens to a treatment they don't need.
